BROKEN
This idea came to me while I was going through a rough time in my life. I felt lost and afraid like a child with no hope. I remember having to keep a straight face, while a darkness spread. but through this pain, I found comfort through my friends and family. through their love, I found strength to move forward with my life and career as a photographer.
Wanderer
This photograph was inspired by this shop called ‘Salmagundi West’ I ventured into years ago when I was still in university. I started thinking of an artist with a numerous amount of ideas and how it might look like if you were to step into there mind.
Light the Way
This is a photograph I took from an installation I set up in Jericho Beach Park. I created this piece to be seen by two spectators. Their journey started away from light and guided with blindfolds to the destination. once they arrived, I told them to shed the blindfold and find something peculiar. They became drawn to the light, and started reminiscing of old memories by the campfire.
One Last Song
This idea came to me out of nowhere. All i knew is i wanted this sad clown to play one last song. Looking back at this moment, I feel like it was me finally being able to move on to my next chapter. And doing it as theatrical as possible.
